Student answer (Band 5.5)

It has been observed that saving money for future is essential for everyone. Although, some people belive that it is important for everyone, including young people ,to save money for their upcoming days. I strongly agree with the given statement that saving money is beneficial for every human beings. In this essay, i will present evidence in support of my stand with relevent examples.

The foremost argument to justify my stand is that money is the most important thing in our life. it fulfill our all need , want and desire. The fact is that ,we can survive in this world without money. for instance, money help individual to fullfill their basic need and live a quality life with their family. Furthermore, it shoud also be noted that money help people to fight with difficult situation. for example, a young person suffer from a serious heart disease, if they have a lot of money to cover the medical expenses than they can survive otherwise they have to lose their lives. Therefore, everyone should save money for their upcoming days.

Moreover, the other reason to prove my point is that money help people pursue thire further education form top university , even from forigen country . A good example of this is that a student from rich family can purse their education in abroad but the students from backward will not get chance to study in their own country due to lack of money. In addition, ,money play a vital role in everyone life .Thats why, we should always spend our wisely, and encouage younge people to save money for the future that help them during the difficult situation.

In conclusion, money have vital role in everyone life , it equally important for all the individual to fulfill their need, want and desire. it is always beneficial for us in the coming future . Therefore we should enocurage every public including young people , to save money for their future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

Your position is clear: you strongly agree that everyone, including young people, should save, and you give relevant reasons involving medical costs and education. These examples address the task, and the conclusion restates your view. However, the reasons are not developed equally. The medical example explains how savings could help with treatment, while the education point is less clear: the comparison between students from rich and “backward” families does not fully explain how saving by young people themselves would make further study possible. Some claims, such as money being “the most important thing,” are broad and need qualification or explanation. Develop each reason with a clearer link to the benefits of saving.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “The foremost argument,” “Furthermore” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, and several ideas are joined without a clear relationship. For example, the point about money helping people survive is followed by a medical example, but the explanation could more explicitly connect this to saving. The education paragraph also shifts from studying abroad to students lacking opportunities at home. Improve cohesion by grouping related points, using clearer references, and explaining how each example supports the main claim rather than relying mainly on formulaic transitions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “medical expenses,” “further education” and “difficult situation.” However, the range is limited and several expressions are repetitive or imprecise, such as “need, want and desire” and repeated references to “money” and “future.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, including “belive,” “relevent,” “thire” and “forigen,” which reduce accuracy and can distract the reader. Some collocations are unnatural, for example “fight with difficult situation” and “spend our wisely.” Build a more precise range for discussing financial security and education, and check spelling and common word combinations during revision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional example about a young person with heart disease. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence boundaries occur throughout. Examples include “it fulfill our all need,” “money help individual,” and “money have vital role”; these should use appropriate subject–verb agreement and plural or article forms. The medical example is also a run-on sentence, joining a condition and its result with a comma, and several sentences begin with lowercase letters after full stops. Practise building accurate complex sentences with clear clause boundaries, then proofread for agreement, articles and punctuation.
