Student answer (Band 5.5)
In a modern age, it is very vital for everyone, also includes the youngsters to save money for their future. I strongly agree with this view as it helps to acheive certain goals and leads to improve their lifestyle although many young individuals do not like to save money and spend money without thinking much of consequences.
Firstly, money should be saved by everyone because it will help them to gain financially experience and stability. They will spent the money according to their needs. For instance, a person wants to buy a house in future and have a experience in saving money, by saving he can buy a house. Saving money is significant because it leads towards the betterment of their lives and improves their living.
Futhurmore, in emergency situation, if youngster also has saved money they can contribute to help their family in difficult situation. For instance, an elder person is in hospital for medical emergency, money saved by youngster can help his family by contribution. Saving money gives the senses of responsibility and should be taught to youngster by their elders.
In my perspective, I strongly agree with this view that everyone should save money for their future as by doing this they can help each other and contribute for the betterment of their lifestyles. It also also helps youngsters to gain experience and have sense of responsibility.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear from the introduction and conclusion: you strongly agree that everyone should save for the future. You give relevant reasons, including planning for a house and helping family members during a medical emergency. However, the response addresses the task only partially because these ideas are asserted more than developed: the house example does not explain how saving over time makes the goal achievable, and the emergency example remains general. The opening also briefly mentions young people spending without considering consequences, but this point is not explored. The response is 20 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your reasons. Develop each example with a specific explanation of its benefits.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate reasons, and a concluding statement. Sequencers such as “Firstly” and “Furthermore” help signal the progression, and the main ideas are generally easy to follow. Cohesion is sometimes mechanical, however, because the paragraphs repeatedly begin with broad claims about saving and then use “For instance” without fully connecting the example back to the claim. References such as “they” and “his family” are not always precise, particularly when the paragraph shifts from a young saver to an older relative. Build clearer links between each reason, its example, and its consequence, and vary the way you connect ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main points, including “financially,” “stability,” “emergency,” and “responsibility.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make the writing less natural. For example, “gain financially experience” is not an appropriate combination, while “gives the senses of responsibility” is unclear. “Futhurmore” and “acheive” are misspelled, and “betterment of their lives” is repeated in similar forms. Aim for accurate, natural phrases rather than trying to make simple ideas sound formal. A wider range of precise expressions for budgeting, financial security, and future goals would improve clarity and flexibility.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a concession in the introduction (“although many young individuals…”) and a conditional example beginning “if youngster also has saved money.” This shows some range, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction remain noticeable. For example, “They will spent” should use the base form after “will,” and “a person wants to buy a house in future and have a experience” has inconsistent agreement and article use. The opening phrase “everyone, also includes the youngsters” is also structurally incomplete. Practise building accurate sentences with one clear main clause, then add subordinate clauses where you can control the grammar.
