Student answer (Band 5.5)
Money is one of the essential factor to survive in this world. Some people believed that it is very crucial for every indiuidual, including young people, to save money for their future. I strongly agree with this statement. The following essay will discuss the main points of saving money.
First of all, it is very important to save approximately two fourth of your earnings especially in your young age. You never know what could up next. Huda beauty is considered to be one of the major beauty entrepreneur said that; saving money is the only key to unlock a successful career. Young generations are really fond by influencers therefore they start so save money to become the next fasion entrepreneur.
secondly,Young generation save earnings to build their dream house, start a business, and to withdraw a problem which is defenitely important for everyone. For instance, money can saved you from a hard time such as if you got into an emergency, without asking other person's favour you can used your own money to tackle the problem.
From my perspective, it is very hard to save money because of social media. Sudden appearance of advertisement on social media force young generation to buy products or clothes. Therefore, if you want to save money you have to set you mind on certain way and protect yourself from overconsumption.
In conclution, not only young people but also every individual should save money either for themselves or for their better future. Every individual has its own problem but they find a hard time to save the money so the main idea is to make better plan for future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: “I strongly agree,” and the conclusion returns to the idea that everyone should save for the future. You give relevant reasons, including preparing for emergencies, funding a house or business, and resisting social-media-driven spending. These address the question, but they are not developed equally. The emergency example is the clearest, while the claim about saving “two fourth” of earnings is unexplained and may seem unrealistic. The quotation attributed to Huda Beauty also needs a clearer connection to the argument. To strengthen the response, explain how each reason benefits young people specifically and support claims with more precise examples. The response meets the required length; nine words copied from the task prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two paragraphs presenting reasons, a paragraph about social-media spending, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “First of all,” “secondly,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main points. However, some links feel mechanical, and progression within paragraphs is occasionally unclear. For example, the discussion moves from saving earnings to becoming a fashion entrepreneur without fully explaining the connection, while the social-media paragraph introduces a counter-pressure but does not clearly relate it back to your position. Improve cohesion by using transitions that show cause, contrast, or consequence, and make pronoun references explicit. Consistent paragraph openings and clearer links between each example and its main point would make the argument flow more naturally.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for discussing personal finance, including “earnings,” “emergency,” “overconsumption,” and “successful career.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and some topic-specific language is attempted. However, several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors reduce precision, such as “fond by influencers,” “withdraw a problem,” “fasion,” and “defenitely.” “Sudden appearance of advertisement” is also an unnatural phrase. Aim to learn common word partnerships and check spelling carefully; for example, people may be “influenced by” influencers, and savings can help someone “deal with” a problem. More precise vocabulary would make your examples clearer and help you express financial ideas without relying on broad or awkward phrases.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional example beginning “if you got into an emergency” and a sentence explaining that social-media advertisements encourage purchases. The overall meaning is usually understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction occur across the response. Examples include “one of the essential factor,” “money can saved you,” and “you can used your own money.” The sentence beginning “You never know what could up next” is also structurally incomplete. Review subject–verb agreement, modal verb patterns, and the forms used after “can” and “could.” Building accurate complex sentences before adding further variety will improve control and make your reasoning easier to follow.
