The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

The given chart demonstrates the location and types of dance classes. it illustrates that young people in a town located in Australia are currently joining.

The private studios where highest number of students (48%) are taking their dance classes as compared to other location such as community hall, school hall and college-based studios. The lowest counts of dance learners are taking their session in college-based studios. Only 10 per cent students go there to attend the class.

The type of dance class which is most popular in under eleven kids is ballet. 600 students are learning the ballet dance approximately. More ever, Modern dance is more popular in students who belongs to the age group from 11 to 16. The estimated numbers of learners are more than below eleven kids. Although, Tap is one type of dance which is liked by both age groups. The comparison between their student numbers is not big.
