The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart depicts the percentage of dance classes location in Australia and the bar graph illustrates the type of dance classes attending by locals like ballet, tap, and modern in Australia.

Overall, in Australia private studios are in large numbers as compared to school halls and community halls & others, in contrast collage based studios are in least numbers.

To start with, private studios covers the almost half portion of entire Australia. School halls which are used after school present in quarter, although community halls & others in location wise in Australia record 18%. However, college based studios capture only 10% of Australia's location.

In town of Australia minors are learning ballet dance in maximum number 600, Whereas between 11 to 16 age children account 300. In tap classes, both age groups 11 to 160 involve slightly equal near about 400, although modern dance is quite popular in 11 to 16 age of students more than 500, at the same time 11 year old are only 300 in town.
