The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The pie char illustrates the four different location of dance classes healding in a town in Australia. While line chart shows the type of dance classes preffered by different age group in a town.
Overall, private studios account for the largest share in term of location, while ballet dance type is most perfereable for under 11 age group. Moreover, collage-based dancing studios are the least choice for young age people. Similarly, for under 11 age group modern dance was least popular.
To begin with, location based dancing studios, the private studios are the first choice of an individual as it hold 48% of share. School halls contribute to 24% which was second most preferable location of Austrailan citizen. Moreover, collage-based studios and community halls and other are less popular in town at 10% and 18% respectively.
Moving towards, types of dancing as per the age group, ballet dance type host the majority share at 600 students at under 11 age group , similarly for 11-16 age student it carries 300 students. Furthermore, tap dancing hold 450 students at under 11 and 400 students whose age lies between 11-16. The modern dance type is has minimal contributation as only 300 students which are under 11 and 500 students for 11-16 aged group.
