The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The chart below illustrates the location of dance classes and type of classes that young people are attending now a days in a small city in Austrailia.Overall most of young people are participating their dance classes in private studios followed by school halls then comunity hall and at last college based studios and the type of dance classes changes with increase in their age.
the dance classes location are described in chart. Most of the students attend their dance classes in private studios, which are about 48%.It is followed by school halls where 24% students attend classes. About 18%students join comunity halls. At last about 10% students are attending college based studios.
The students which are under 11 are taking dance classes of Ballet the most while modern type of dance classes are being attended by the students whose age is between 11 to 16 years.We can see a real trend shift from ballet to modern type of dance classes with increase in age.At the start almost 600 students of under 11 age are attending ballet type of classes while between 11 to 16 year age students attend modern type which are above then 500.
