The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The two charts presents information on the location and types of dance classes adolescents in a town in Australia are taking nowadays.
Overall, there are 4 different locations in which students are attending 3 different kinds of dance classes. Among the locations private studios has the higher ratio, while college-based studio has the least ratio. All type of dances are attended by enough of students of all the ages.
Firstly, private studios have total of 48% people, community halls and other has 18%. School halls, in which classes are started after the school hours, these are taken by 24%, while college-bases studios has only 10@ of attendance.
On the other hand, among the three types of dances, the ballet dance is attended by over 600 youngers of the age below 11. While, the modern dance is attended by, approximately, 520 attenders of the age 11 to 16. In contrast, 300 people participated in ballet dance by the 11-16 years old, same number of teenagers under 11 joined the modern dance. The third type of dance which tap, that is taken by 450 youngsters of the age below 11, and above 11 to 16 attenders numbers are slightly less than under 11 young people.
