The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The chart shows different types of dance classes and the percentage of location where young people are currently attending from Australian
Overall almost half of the population which are going to the dance classes is in private studios. Ballet and Tap dance is most popular among the children under the age of 11 while Modern dance is mostly like by youngers between the age of 11 - 16.
Almost 50% of the dancers are going in the private studios for there dance classes. while only 10% where going to College-based studios. Public property is used by 18% dancers for there practice and 24% people are attending there clasess in the school hall after the school.
Ballet dance are mostly famous in the children bellow the age of 11 almost 600 children where doing this dance while the tap dance is also famouse of this age group but there where only gap of about 30 children in tap dance in the both age group. While the Modern dance is mostly liked by the youngster more than 500 where do Modern dance
