The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The graph illustrates the information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in australia are currently attending.

Overall, locations of dance classes are highly oraginsed by the private studios around 48 percent and least involvement have seen of college based studios about 10 percent and remaining School Halls and Community halls and other having a moderate involvment in organising the dance classes around 24 and 18 percent respectively.

However, number of students under 11 are more participating in Ballet dance classes the number of students are 600 where 11-16 age group students are roughly around 300. in contrast, 11-16 age group are more keen to participate in modern dance classes there figure around 520 approximately where under 11 are the half of it around 300 students. Tap dance classes having a equal interest from both age groups where under 11 are slightly higer about 450 approximately where 11-16 age group student were closed to 450 number of students.

In conclusion, the locations where highest classed are scheduled were private studios and after that school halls and community halls are having doderate figure and least classed held by college based studios. Where the most popular dance among under 11 age group is Ballet and for 11-16 age group were Modern dance. However Tap dance is equal for both age groups.
