The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The rendered combine chart delineates the information about the location and various types of dance classes attending by young people in a town in Australia.

Overall, as it is apparent here that most of the classes are running in private studios and, on the other hand the Ballet is mostly popular in age of under 11 whereas age group of 11-16 is into modern dance.

Initiate with the circular diagram, the highly prefered location for the dance classes are private studios which is around 48% of in use. On the second range of most used location are school halls. It is using 24% in after school. There are community halls and other locations which in 18% of use. At the very last, there are college-based studios as well, which are in less demand among all the other locations.

Secondly, types of classes has been show in the horizental graph. Commencing with the Ballet, there are 600 students of the age of under 11 who perefer to learn Ballet dance whilst only 300 students are visible of the age group of 11-16. Furthermore, there is a classes of Tap dance where, the number of students at the age of below 11 are less in compare to Ballet and more students of the age of 11-16 than Ballet. Lastly, Modern dance classes where only 300 students choose to join age of below 11 and, more than 500 of students taking classes of modern dance of the age of 11-16.
