The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates where young people in a town of Australia attend dance classes, while the bar chart compares participation in three types of dance by two age groups.
Overall, private studios are by far the most popular location for dance classes. Regarding dance styles, younger children under 11 predominantly prefer ballet, whereas older students aged 11 to 16 favor modern dance.
As shown in the pie chart, private studios account for nearly half of all dance class locations at 48%. School halls represent the second largest venue at 24%, followed by community halls and other locations at 18%. College based studios make up the smallest proportion, housing only 10% of total classes.
