The charts below give information on the location and types of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently attending.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrates the location of dance classes in Australia, while the graph compares the types of dance class taken by two age groups: under 11 and 11-16.
Overall, most of the dance lessons were held in private studios. Ballet was preferred by younger students, while modern dance was favoured by students from age 11 to 16 years.
Looking first at the locations, most of the dance classes were held in private studios, accounting for 48%, followed by school halls, available only after-school, representing 24% of the locations used. The community hall and other venues accounted for 18%. Ultimately, the college-based studios were the least used location at only 10%.
Regarding the types of dance, ballet was the most popular dance choice. Approximately 300 students from age 11 to 16 years and a considerably higher number of students under 11, almost double the number of the students from age 11 to 16. Modern dance showed an inverse trend with around 300 under 11 students and roughly 520 students from age 11 to 16. In contrast, tap dance was almost equally popular among both age groups with the number of under 11 students slightly higher at 450, while the number of students from age 11 to 16 was around 420.
