This chart shows the location of the dance classes. In this chart we can see clearly that the most common and used loacation are Private studios, and it have almost 48% of the dance classes. There is second most common location for the dance classes is school halls after school closing, and there are 24% students enjoy their class. Then 18% in community halls and 10% in College based studios as well.
After that there is a table which shows that there are various types of dance classes and also show the number of the students those attend classes acoording to their type of dance. In table there are two types of age groups one is under 11 and the second group is 11 to 16.If we talk on the first type of dance the the number of students for Ballet which are under 11 are 600 and those whch are 11 to 16 are half of them. Then we compare the students who enjoy their classes for Tap there is no massive difference in those students.Only 50 students are more in Tap and those belong to the under 11.And the last one type of the dance is that which is modren dance and this is the only type whre 11 to 16 years age group are high in numbers then under 11,and there is no huge difference in that students a slightly difference in these students.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You cover both charts and identify several relevant figures, including private studios at 48%, school halls at 24%, and the age-group totals for ballet and modern dance. You also make useful comparisons, such as the 50-student difference in tap and the older group’s higher participation in modern dance. However, the response is only partially developed: it has no clear overall summary of the main patterns, and the opening merely says the chart gives information about dance classes. Some details are inaccurate or unclear—for example, the tap comparison is reversed: 450 under-11s versus 420 aged 11–16 means the younger group leads by about 30, not 50. State the key contrasts accurately and summarise the dominant patterns before listing details.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic sequence: it discusses the location chart first and then moves to the dance types, using transitions such as “After that” and “Then.” This gives the reader some sense of organisation. However, progression within the paragraphs is often mechanical, with repeated openings such as “This chart shows” and “there is,” and the long second paragraph combines several comparisons without clear separation. Some references are difficult to follow, particularly “the first type of dance” and “those students.” Use a brief overview paragraph, then organise the details into focused sections, and connect comparisons directly—for example, contrast the age groups for each dance in a consistent order.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “location,” “age groups,” “Ballet,” “Tap,” and “Modern,” so the reader can generally understand the subject. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repetitive or imprecise, such as “students enjoy their class” and “there is no huge difference.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, including “loacation,” “acoording,” “whch,” and “modren,” which reduce clarity and control. Aim for concise chart language such as “accounted for,” “participation,” and “was higher than.” Check spelling carefully and avoid describing the figures as students enjoying classes when the chart reports numbers attending.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences and comparisons, including “Then we compare the students…” and the sentence describing modern dance, but complex structures are often faulty. Errors in agreement and sentence construction appear in phrases such as “it have almost 48%” and “the most common … location are Private studios.” The sentence beginning “Only 50 students are more” is also awkwardly formed, while several clauses run together without appropriate punctuation. Basic meaning is usually recoverable, but these frequent errors make parts of the response difficult to read. Practise accurate simple comparison patterns first, such as “The figure for ballet was twice as high among under-11s,” then combine clauses with controlled punctuation.
