This graph is about mailny dance and the location from where the people are talking classes .

their are more private studio are working for giving class for dance so as per the grapg we can see that 48 percent student are going for private studios for ballet in which some of them are under age of 11 and other are 11 to 16 but in balled under age 11 are more than tap and modern dance students they are about 600. mainwhile if i wll see in the graph in schools 24 percent schools are gving this facility after school that kids can take dance classes in which thoes who are under age of 11 thaey mostly interested in dance almost 450 students are talking interest sametime thoes who are in between the age of 11 to 16 they are 420 in tap dance and if i will compare with ballet they are more than ballet students.if i will compare Modern dance with tap and ballet so i can se that there is less are for learning environment but still there are more students interested in modern dance unfortunately more than 500 students thoes who are in between the age of 11 to 16 areinterested rather than thoes whor under age of 11 they are only 300 and if i will compare withballet and tap they are very less.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You identify several relevant figures, including private studios at 48%, school halls at 24%, and the age-group comparisons for ballet and modern dance. However, the response does not give a clear overview of the main patterns, and it sometimes misinterprets the charts: the location percentages are not linked to particular dance styles, so saying students attend private studios “for ballet” is unsupported. The under-11 figure of 450 refers to tap, but the response presents it as general interest in classes at schools. Community halls and college-based studios are omitted, and the key contrast that younger students favour ballet while older students favour modern is not clearly summarised. Select the main trends accurately and separate the two charts.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is some attempt to move through the information using phrases such as “meanwhile” and “if I will compare,” and the response mentions both charts. However, the ideas are not arranged into clear stages: location figures, age groups, and dance styles are mixed together in one long sequence. This makes relationships between the data difficult to follow, especially when the location chart is connected to ballet and tap figures. Repeated comparison phrases do not create a clear progression, and there is no distinct overview or paragraph structure. Organise the response into an introduction, an overview, and focused paragraphs for location and dance-type comparisons; use references such as “the former” and “the latter” only when their meaning is clear.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The response uses some task-related vocabulary, including “private studios,” “after school,” “under age of 11,” and the dance-style names. However, the range is basic and repetitive, and several inaccurate or misspelled expressions make the data harder to understand: “talking classes,” “grapg,” “balled,” and “gving.” Phrases such as “there is less are for learning environment” do not express a clear comparison, while “more students interested” needs a more precise reporting expression. Use standard chart language such as “accounted for,” “the proportion,” “the number of students,” and “was higher than.” Check spelling carefully and choose vocabulary that describes figures rather than adding unsupported interpretations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts some longer sentences and comparisons, but grammatical control is weak and errors frequently obscure relationships between ideas. Examples include “their are more private studio are working,” “48 percent student are going,” and “those who are in between the age of 11 to 16 they are 420,” where agreement, sentence structure, and article or plural forms are problematic. Verb forms are also inconsistent, as in “if i wll see” and “are talking interest.” Most information is joined into extended sentences with limited punctuation, making it difficult to identify the main clause. Practise accurate simple sentences for reporting figures first, then combine them with controlled comparatives, for example, “The figure for ballet was twice as high among under-11s.”
