Student answer (Band 5.5)
I intend to outline the major factor behind this why consumers can go to a supermarket and buy food produced all over the world.
To be honest, according to me this an positive because all the things are in the market which consumer want and in the market there is poor peoples who sells the food, fruit, or other things in the market i says this is positive effect that consumer are consume goods from supermarket because in this time online apps are in popularity if the consumer are started up consuming our whole goods from online apps the poor peoples who sell our product in the market they are fully unemployed and if the consumers are gone in market to take food there is his own profit because in the market they can easily take fresh food or they also take many variety of food so this is not good so because of this reasion i says that this is an positive that peoples gone in the super market to buy food which is produced all over the world.
In conclusion we says that we says that if any consumer can take food from an market then in this process their own profit once in market they can take food in cheap amount as compare to online platform and second profit is that they can take fresh food as compare to online. market is good as compare to online.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response fails to address the prompt effectively. While you state that the development is positive, the reasoning is repetitive and lacks depth. You focus heavily on a comparison between supermarkets and online apps, which is only tangentially related to the core topic of global food distribution. Furthermore, the response is under the 250-word minimum, which limits your ability to fully develop your ideas. To improve, you must focus on the specific implications of global food trade, such as economic impact, environmental concerns, or cultural exchange, rather than focusing on the convenience of local markets versus online shopping.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay lacks a clear structure. There is no introduction that paraphrases the prompt, and the body paragraphs are disorganized. The use of cohesive devices is very limited and often repetitive (e.g., 'in the market', 'in this process'). The progression of ideas is difficult to follow because the sentences are often run-on or fragmented. To improve, you should use clear topic sentences for each paragraph and employ a wider range of linking words such as 'furthermore', 'consequently', or 'on the other hand' to connect your ideas logically.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is basic and repetitive. You frequently use simple words like 'things', 'good', and 'take' where more precise terminology is required. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'poor peoples' (should be 'poor people') and 'cheap amount' (should be 'lower price'). The limited range of vocabulary prevents you from expressing complex ideas clearly. You should focus on learning topic-specific vocabulary related to global trade, economics, and consumer behavior to enhance the sophistication of your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are significant issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'peoples gone'), incorrect verb tenses, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on, lacking proper punctuation, which makes the text difficult to read. You rely almost exclusively on simple sentence structures. To improve, you need to practice basic sentence construction, specifically focusing on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles and prepositions. Attempting to use complex sentences will only be effective once your control over simple structures is more consistent.
