Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this contemporary society, purchaser are able to purchase edibles that are produced globally. In the long run we will see this will become normal. Is this a beneficial alter and how this is obtainable there. This will be deliberated in this essay. In conclusion I will assert my opinion.
Nowadays in many developed countries we can see these stores are rapidly increasing. There are certain vegetables in addition various fruits that can not be harvested in many countries because of the soil and climate. There are two methods how these edibles are easily accessible. Either these foods are imported or specially produced under high precarious situations and stored in high nitrogen containers this is how they have these foods. There are several advantages such as individuals are going there to get several non-seasonal items and numerous other edibles such as fruit and vegetables that does not grow in their own country. First in past individuals have to travel in addition they have spend a considerable amount of precious time to get specific nourishments however now everything is available in these shops. Second if there is patient diagnosed with a serious disease in prescription doctor usually write fruit most of them are not grown in countries but fortunately available in these markets.
In my perspective this is a privilege for each and individual. Government is supposed to encourage local stores and markets to adopt these changes because mostly individuals are to well aware that they can get these foods easily.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the availability of global food products. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention advantages like access to non-seasonal items, the explanation is brief and lacks depth. The introduction is somewhat repetitive and does not clearly state your position, which is only briefly mentioned in the final paragraph. To improve, ensure each body paragraph focuses on a clear, well-supported argument. For example, instead of just listing that items are available, explain the economic or health implications of this global trade more thoroughly to meet the requirements for a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is often disrupted by awkward phrasing and unclear transitions. While you use some cohesive devices like 'First' and 'Second', the connection between sentences is sometimes mechanical or confusing, such as the transition into the discussion of medical prescriptions. The introduction is disjointed, and the conclusion does not effectively summarise the main points or restate your position clearly. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would significantly enhance the overall coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is somewhat limited and occasionally imprecise. You use terms like 'edibles' and 'nourishments' in contexts where they do not sound natural. There are also issues with word choice, such as 'beneficial alter' instead of 'beneficial change' and 'precarious situations' to describe food storage. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary, the lack of precision and occasional misuse of words hinder the clarity of your arguments. To improve, focus on learning collocations and using more standard academic vocabulary rather than trying to use complex-sounding words that may not fit the context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'purchaser are', 'doctor usually write'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'Either these foods are imported or specially produced under high precarious situations and stored in high nitrogen containers this is how they have these foods.' The range of structures is limited, relying mostly on simple sentences. To reach a higher band, you need to focus on mastering basic sentence construction and reducing errors in tense and agreement.
