Student answer (Band 5.0)

In today's time, I have been observe that consumer in multiple countries are went to supermarket or stores and buy the food that produced all over the world. I preser-ve it to step in positive development because it makes the health fit.

Firstly, main reason consumer should go to market and buy food which produced all over the world because it can make a person physical fit. If a person can't go outside and ordering the food from home can cause the joint pains. Moreover, if a person going outside with a friend and spend time with them to stay in connected. for instance, my uncle didn't went go outside which result they cause anxiety and depression and effect their mental health.

Secondly, another reason why consumer should go to store/supermarket to buy food which online? It is important because some of the food or items are expired and can cause multifurious health diseases like indigestion, fever, cold etc. Additionally, some of food they give is cold hot but by aheading to consumer the food get cold which they can make health issue. for instance, my friend order a cake from

cake store and the cake is not fresh (i.e the cake is baked befor 4 days) which result when they he ate th cake the next he started vomiting, fewer and food poisioning.

To conclude, in multifurious countries, A consu can go to supermarket/store and buy the food which produced all over th world bac ause of staying physical fit and anothe reason, is buy th good things that are not harmful for health

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by taking a position, but the development of ideas is weak and often irrelevant. The arguments provided—such as the claim that shopping in person prevents joint pain or that ordering food causes anxiety—do not logically connect to the topic of global food availability. The essay fails to discuss the implications of global food trade (e.g., environmental impact, local economy, or variety) and instead focuses on the general benefits of physical activity and food safety. Consequently, the response is only partially relevant to the prompt, leading to an underdeveloped argument.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is often illogical. While transition words like 'Firstly' and 'Secondly' are used, they do not effectively link the arguments to the main topic. Referencing is frequently unclear, such as the pronoun usage in the second paragraph. The conclusion is repetitive and does not effectively summarize the main points. The overall structure is mechanical, and the lack of logical flow between sentences makes the argument difficult to follow at times.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often inaccurate. There is frequent misuse of words, such as 'multifurious' (likely intended to mean 'many' or 'various') and 'aheading'. The student struggles with basic collocations, such as 'make the health fit' instead of 'improve health'. While the student attempts to use some academic-style vocabulary, these attempts often result in errors that impede clarity. The range is insufficient to express complex ideas precisely, and there is a reliance on simple, repetitive phrasing throughout the text.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are consistent issues with verb tense ('have been observe', 'are went'), subject-verb agreement, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, and there is a lack of complex structures. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the use of commas and capitalization. While the meaning can usually be inferred, the high frequency of errors throughout the text makes it difficult to read and demonstrates a lack of control over basic grammatical rules.
