In many countries nowadays, consumers can go to a supermarket and buy food produced all over the world.

Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In many parts of the world today, people can go for groceries and can get food that is produced in other countries. From my perspective, this is the positive development, as people can get food that is unavailable in their countries, also they might get a chance to experience other cultural foods. One of the main advantage for this development is that people experience wide variety of food from all over the world. This is because, they can easily get all type of food that are unavailabe at that time, or those food that not produced in their own country. For instance, people who are really fond of Italian pizza or want to experience something in italian dishes, they can get the ingredients from large the large supermarkets. Also they can easy purchase maxican sauces and thai soups if they want to. Another most significant benefit is that they can experience different cultural food without having their visas. Like, if you want to check how their food taste, smell you can get easily. For example, people in pakistance want to try sushi, korean noodles, dumplings they can get easily from supermarkets.
