Student answer (Band 4.5)

Nowadays, costumers taste is changing, consumer can go to super market and purchase food produce all over the world. In my opnion it is a positive development , by this step they can get new taste.

To begin with, traditional things are becoming tasteless because eating same thing for while. If we eat something new that thing will give a new feeling like when you eat first time a Sushi. You got a new touch. When you drink "splash" another experience unlocked. So eating new foods mean unlocking new experiences.Life is little so , take new expriences and feel the beauty of world.

Although taking new experience is a thing but it will beneficial for other communities , when you buy from them .So , it also have benefit for others.Human is brother of other human. If one trys a new taste he got new feeling but other gots business. In my personel perspective , this step is a positive development. And by tis a very simple and normal step the can be change. In my opnion if you are depress , your drpression can be decreased. When i get depress , i go out to shop and eat ice cream then my get free of all the tension and stress.

In conclusion, taste are experience. So take take new experiences and enyoy the world. The food over the world is colors of world.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You state a clear view that worldwide food availability is positive, and you give relevant reasons: consumers can try unfamiliar foods, while purchases may support producers in other communities. The sushi and ice-cream examples also make the response personal. However, the discussion is only minimally developed: the benefits are asserted rather than explained in detail, and the claim that new food can reduce depression is not clearly connected to the wider issue. The conclusion repeats the positive view but introduces the unclear phrase “Giving you yradion to other.” The response also falls two words short of the required 250 words. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation or specific example, and make the final point precise.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has a basic essay shape, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and phrases such as “To begin with,” “Although,” and “In conclusion” signal stages of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow. For example, “traditional things are becoming tasteless” is not clearly linked to the benefits of imported food, while the shift from supporting other communities to personal stress relief feels abrupt. Some connections are also unclear, including “by tis a very simple and normal step the can be change.” Repeated references to “new experiences” and “positive development” add little development. Organise each body paragraph around one reason, explain it in sequence, and use clearer links between claims and examples.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt some topic-related and expressive language, including “new experiences,” “business,” “tradition,” and “the beauty of world.” These choices show an effort to communicate beyond very basic statements. However, vocabulary is repetitive and often imprecise, which sometimes strains understanding. Phrases such as “traditional things are becoming tasteless,” “a new touch,” and “other gots business” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also frequent spelling errors, including “costumers,” “opnion,” “expriences,” and “depress.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. For instance, describe foods as “familiar” rather than “tasteless,” and explain that international purchases can “support local producers” rather than saying others “gots business.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You use mostly short, simple statements and make some attempts to connect ideas with longer clauses, such as “when you buy from them” and “If one trys a new taste.” However, grammatical errors are frequent and sometimes make relationships between ideas unclear. Examples include missing or incorrect articles and agreement in “consumer can go” and “it also have benefit,” as well as faulty sentence construction in “when you eat first time a Sushi” and “your drpression can be decreased.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in “new feeling. When you drink.” Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and complete sentence patterns before adding more complex clauses; then proofread for punctuation and sentence boundaries.
