The world has become a global village, interconnected with trade and business, making people able to purchase food items produced outside their native countries by going to any supermarket. This serves as the positive development as it provides ample amount of benefits to the end consumers.
First of all, people get variety of food items which otherwise they could not have got if the foreign things were not available in the malls and markets. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction: you consider worldwide supermarket food a positive development, and the conclusion reinforces this view. You give relevant reasons, including greater choice, access to foods not grown locally, and benefits to exporting economies. The avocado example illustrates access to imported produce, while the mango and olive-oil examples support the trade argument. This covers the task well, though the reasons are not equally developed: the economic point is explained more fully than the consumer-choice point, and the claim that imports strengthen economies is broad and would benefit from a clearer explanation of how. To strengthen the response further, develop each reason with a specific consequence or example and avoid repeating the general claim that people can try different foods.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction states your view, three body paragraphs present separate reasons, and a conclusion restates the position. Sequencing phrases such as “First of all,” “Secondly,” and “Thirdly” make the progression easy to follow, and examples are generally placed beside the points they support. However, these transitions are somewhat mechanical, and repeated references to “the people” and “this development” make the links between ideas less natural. The final paragraph also repeats earlier points rather than drawing them together. For stronger cohesion, vary your linking methods, use clearer pronoun references, and make the relationship between each example and its main claim more explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “interconnected with trade,” “imported,” “exported,” and “economic growth,” which helps communicate the main ideas. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “fruitful for the population.” However, several word choices and collocations are unnatural or imprecise, including “ample amount of benefits,” “local made things,” and “targets the US economic advancement.” Spelling errors such as “avacado,” “availibity,” “hepls,” and “comapare” are noticeable and reduce accuracy. Some repetition of “people,” “items,” and “things” also limits flexibility. Aim for more natural collocations and check spelling carefully; precise wording will make your argument clearer and more fluent.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “which otherwise they could not have got” and a conditional structure in “if the foreign things were not available.” Most of the meaning remains understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “people … can decide in accordance with his own choice” has a pronoun-agreement problem, and “this has helped the people to shop the things” uses an awkward verb pattern. The sentence beginning “For example” is punctuated as a fragment, and “has aided masses to to eat” contains a duplicated infinitive marker. Review agreement, verb patterns, articles, and sentence boundaries, then proofread for repeated words. More consistently accurate complex sentences would improve control.
