Student answer (Band 4.5)
In recent years, packing food are being populared and produced has increasingly common all over the world. Although this development may have some disadvantages, I believe it is a positive development because time and effort of human beings.
One reason why I consider this is a positive development is that time. This is beacuse a large number of population are depend on packing food, these food are are made by human in the factory for expand their expiary. For example, people have not enough time to prepare a food in kitchen, instead of use packing food from market. As a result, it also save a lot of time at once by eating package food and there is also added some many protiens for balance diet in human body.
Furthermore, another benefit point is that effort by human beings. In particular, there are a lots of resident of the nation do not want to prepare food by themselves due to effort. When a people are sick they don't want to prepare food and that time package food is beneficial for them and eat it to get protein. Therefore, the doctors are also suggest to people eat pacakge food for their health improvement. Although these food can also cause some problem such as headche, paining in stomach as well as in body, however
I believe that these food is delicious and nutritions to make fit body.
In conclusion, I believe that packing food in the world is positive development because of its impact on time and effort in human begings.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You state a clear overall view in the introduction and conclusion: you consider the development positive because it saves time and effort. However, the response only minimally addresses the actual topic, which is access to food produced around the world in supermarkets. Most of the essay discusses packaged or ready-made food, a different issue, and the claims about protein, doctors’ advice, and health are not clearly supported or explained. The disadvantages are briefly mentioned through possible headaches and stomach pain, but they are not developed or weighed against the benefits. To strengthen the response, focus directly on international food availability and explain specific effects, such as greater choice or year-round access, with relevant examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The body paragraphs each introduce a reason, and linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “For example,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: the first moves from time-saving to factory production and then to protein, without showing how these points connect. Some linking is also mechanical or contradictory, as in “Although … however,” and references such as “these food” make it difficult to identify exactly what is being discussed. Organise each paragraph around one clearly explained point, and use linking words only when the relationship between ideas is precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary related to food production and health, including “factory,” “expiary,” “protein,” and “nutritions,” and use some relevant phrases such as “prepare food” and “balance diet.” However, the range is basic and repetitive, especially the repeated use of “packing food” and “package food,” which also do not accurately express the task’s focus on food from different countries. Frequent spelling and word-choice errors—including “beacuse,” “pacakge,” “headche,” and “begings”—make parts of the response difficult to understand. Some combinations are unnatural, such as “benefit point” and “added some many protiens.” Build a more precise topic vocabulary and check spelling, word forms, and collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a concession beginning “Although this development may have some disadvantages” and a conditional time reference, “When a people are sick.” This shows some effort to vary sentence forms. However, errors are frequent, and several sentences are difficult to follow. Examples include “packing food are being … produced has increasingly common,” “a large number of population are depend,” and “these food are are made.” Problems with agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction recur; punctuation and spacing are also inconsistent. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. For example, make the subject and verb agree and use a consistent structure such as “Many people rely on packaged food because it saves time.”
