Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is becoming increasingly popular that, items which are being produced all over the world are now available at commercial superstors for buyers pauchasing.I believe it is positive thing in terms of food quality assurance and quick access.
Firstly, nowadays in many states ,superstores have all the food items which are being produced in some other countries. This thing is very benefcial for customers who are interested in other countries foods and want to purchase them locally. The availability of variety of food items under one roof decrease the effort of consumers to arrange these items through online delivery methods.Furthermore ,it is also equally important for those customers, who are not expert about the complex process of buying things online. As a result, the consumers can easily access the food items which they want to purchase and they can also get the guidance from the store workers about the product authencity. For instance, International students from the Asian countries ,who are studying at different European states , can easily buy the food of their origin countries from supermarkets.
Secondaly, the availability of international food items at supermarkets provides quick access to the consumers.People are not required to wait for days for item delivery. In addition to quick access, the local supermarkets provides easy process for ite return or replacement. As a result, the consumers are metally relaxed ,and they can focus more efficiently on the other areas of their lives.
To sum up, the availability of different states food items in one supermarket is highly beneficial as it provides the consumers with qualified products at one place without waiting long time for delivery.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction: you consider worldwide food availability positive, mainly because it offers convenient access and reassurance about product quality. Both reasons are relevant, and the example of international students finding food from their home countries helps illustrate the benefit. The conclusion also restates your view. However, the quality-assurance point is not fully explained: you mention guidance from store workers and product authenticity, but do not show how this ensures quality. The second reason—quick access and easier returns—is relevant but receives less development and support than the first. To strengthen the response, explain the benefits and any implications more fully, and add a specific example or explanation for each main point.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “Firstly” and “Secondaly,” and a concluding summary. The ideas generally progress from product choice and access to delivery convenience, so the reader can follow your positive position. You also use linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “As a result,” and “To sum up.” At times, however, these transitions feel mechanical, and some connections are not fully clear. For example, the move from online purchasing to advice from store workers could be explained more directly. The second paragraph also combines quick access, returns, and mental relaxation without developing the links between them. Use fewer formulaic connectors and make each paragraph’s central idea and supporting explanation more explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “availability,” “consumers,” “delivery methods,” “product authenticity,” and “replacement.” These choices communicate the main ideas, and there are attempts to use more specific language than basic terms. However, spelling errors and awkward word combinations are noticeable, including “superstors,” “benefcial,” “authencity,” and “metally relaxed.” Some phrases are also imprecise or unnatural, such as “qualified products” and “different states food items.” These issues sometimes make the reader pause, even though the intended meaning is usually recoverable. Work on accurate spelling and natural collocations, and choose precise expressions such as “quality-assured products” or “food from other countries” where appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including relative clauses in “students … who are studying” and cause-and-effect structures with “As a result.” This gives the response some structural variety, and the main message remains understandable. However, errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation recur. For example, “the local supermarkets provides” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “is positive thing” needs an article. The opening sentence is difficult to parse because of its punctuation and clause structure, and several sentences contain comma spacing or placement problems. Review agreement and article use, and punctuate clauses consistently. Aim to make complex sentences clear and controlled rather than adding clauses that obscure the relationship between ideas.
