Student answer (Band 5.5)
NOWADAYS, FOOD PRODUCE ALL OVER THE WORLD MANY FOOD LIKE THE THAI,ITALIAN AND OTHER TYPE OF FOOD ARE AVILABLE IN THROUGHT THE WORLD.BUT SOMETIMES IT HAD NEGATIVE IMPACT ALSO. IN MY OPINION IT GIVES POISITIVE EFFECTY ON US BUT WE CANNOT IGNORE SOME OF IT NEGATIVE EFFECTS.
IN MY VIEW, VERY FIRST POSITIVE SITE OF THIS IS PEOPLE GET MORE FOODS AND ITEMS WHICH SELL THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. WHEN PEOPLE ARE MOVED FROM ONE CITY TO ANOTHER CITY THEY DO NOT ADJUST VERY QUICKLY AND ALSO DO NOT COMFORTABLE OF THIS PLACE FOOD. YET ALL FOOD AND ITEAMS ARE SELL IN ALL OVER WORLD PEOPLE DO NOT WORRIED ABOUT THET AND THEY FEELS VERY COMFORTABLE AD SAFE. IN REAL WORLD EXAMPLE SOME OF STUDENTS MOVE FORIEGN TO STUDY AND DO NOT GET PROPER MEAL. HOWEVER INDIAN FOOD PROVIDE ALL OVER WORLD SO STUDENTS EASILY MANAGE THEIR DAILY LIFE ROUTINE WITHN PERFECT FOOD.
CONVERSLY,WE CANNOT IGNORE SOME OF ITS NEGATIVE EFFECTS CONSUMER GO TO SUPERMARKET AND BUY WHATEVER THEY WANT BUT SOMETIMES IT MADE WITH HARMFULL CHEMICALS ALSO.IN SOME COUNTRIES THE MILK PACKETS AND VEGETABLES ARE SELL BUT ACTUALLY THEY MADE WITH CHEMICALS AND SUPERMARKETS OWNERS LABEL IT TO MADE IN PANJAB AND OTHER POPULAR COUNTRIES.IT IS AND EPITOME LIKE THE PACKAGING AND THE REAL FOOD EXPIRY AND MFG DATE IS NOT PROVIDE BY OWNERS AND HIDE INGREDINTS OF FOOD AND OTHER DAIRY PRODUCT WHICH ACTUALLY DOES NOT EXPORT FROM OTHER COUNTRY. THE PRODUCT IS ACTUALLY MADE IN OTHER AREA.
TO BE CONCLUDE THAT,CONSUMERS BUY FOOD WHICH PRODUCED ALL OVER WORLD IS GOOD FOR THEIR FAMILIAR BEHAVIOUR ALSO IT WORKS SOMETIME TESTBUSTER AND PROVIDE HOME LIKE FOOD BUT SOMETINMES IT GIVE BAD IMPACT ALSO SO MUST TRY TO SAFLEY COLLECT ALL ITEAMS WITH PROPER CARE AND SAFETY.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You give a clear overall view that access to international food is positive, while acknowledging possible risks. The paragraph about students finding familiar Indian food abroad is relevant and provides a concrete example, and you also address concerns about misleading labels and ingredients. However, the negative point is not fully connected to the question: it focuses on dishonest production and labelling rather than explaining broader effects of supermarkets selling imported food. The conclusion introduces “home like food” but does not clearly summarise the main reasons or qualify your position. Develop each point with a clearer explanation of how global food availability affects consumers, and support the claims about chemicals and labelling with a more precise example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for positive and negative effects, and a conclusion. This gives the reader an overall route through your argument. You also use signposts such as “In my view,” “Conversely,” and “To be conclude.” However, connections within sentences and between ideas are sometimes unclear or mechanical. For example, “Yet all food and items are sell in all over world” does not clearly link the problem of adjusting to a new place with the benefit you intend to describe. The long negative paragraph combines chemicals, labels, expiry dates, and product origins without a clear sequence. Use shorter, logically ordered explanations and clearer referencing to make each paragraph progress smoothly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “negative effects,” “consumers,” “ingredients,” and “export,” and you try to express ideas about familiar food and product origins. However, the range is limited and many word-choice, spelling, and collocation errors make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “positive site” for “positive side,” “testbuster,” and “made with harmful chemicals,” where the intended meaning is not always clear. Repeated general terms such as “food,” “items,” and “good” also reduce precision. Build a bank of topic-specific phrases and check spelling and natural combinations; for instance, distinguish “imported products” from “products labelled as imported,” and use precise terms such as “food safety” and “misleading labels.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a conditional idea about people moving to another city and a contrast introduced by “However.” This shows some effort to vary sentence forms. However, errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation sometimes make the meaning hard to follow. For example, “people are moved from one city to another city” has an unsuitable passive form, while “they feels very comfortable” has incorrect subject–verb agreement. Several sentences run together without clear punctuation, particularly in the paragraph beginning “Conversely.” Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “because,” “although,” and “while.”
