Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, people are very intrusted especial in food to eat of different verities. In modern life, it isvery easy for person to access food of different verities from different countries. from my point of view, it is really positive development that people can buy imported food from supermarket.
Well in modern life, it is very possitive development for indevidual to buy imported food with local food because of following reasons. Firstly, to buy imported food is benificial for people according to thier quality. No one can like to import food of without super quality to wist their money such as imported food were mostly expances for their quality and to pay for tax in many countries.
Secondly, it is also good for the people of one country that they achive different food according to their seasons. There are many country that have not completely four season in whole year, such as many country that are too cold or too hot which have not experience of different seasons, and in spacefic weather not different plant were growen. For example, in Arab countries which is full of summer, not that food were grown which is suitable for cold weather. So that why it is very good for people to buy imported food in supermarket having different quility from local food to achive different types of nuitrent and vitamin to made tham become fit and healthy.
In conclusion, it is very positive development for people to achive imported food in supermarket having high quality as well as different food from local having different nuitrent.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: you consider access to food from around the world a positive development, and the conclusion restates this view. You give two relevant reasons—quality and access to foods unavailable in local climates—and the example of hot Arab countries helps illustrate the second point. However, the quality argument is not fully explained: the claim that imported food is expensive because of its quality and taxes does not clearly show why this benefits consumers. The seasonal-food point is more developed, but some claims about countries and seasons remain broad. Explain the consumer benefit of each reason more directly and support it with a specific example to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signposted with “Firstly” and “Secondly,” and a conclusion. This makes your main position and supporting points easy to identify. The ideas generally progress from food quality to availability in different climates, and the example about Arab countries is placed within the relevant paragraph. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “So that why” does not connect the example smoothly to the claimed health benefit, and the repeated references to “different food” and “imported food” make the progression feel circular. Use clearer cause-and-effect links and ensure each paragraph develops one reason in a sequence: claim, explanation, and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate your main ideas, including “imported food,” “quality,” “seasons,” “nutrient,” and “vitamin.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “suitable for cold weather.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to read, including “intrusted,” “verities,” “benificial,” “expances,” and “achive.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “to wist their money” and “different types of nutrient.” Build accuracy with common collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms such as “food imports,” “nutritional value,” and “year-round availability” would help express your ideas more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “countries that are too cold or too hot” and a reason clause beginning “because of.” This shows some range, and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, errors in sentence construction, articles, agreement, and verb forms occur in several places. For example, “it is really positive development” needs an article, while “different plant were growen” has problems with number and verb form. The opening sentence, “people are very intrusted especial in food to eat,” is also difficult to interpret grammatically. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add subordinate clauses, and check articles and subject–verb agreement.
