You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am writing to request a reduction in my working hours because i want to do my part time study to improve my professional skills as well as theoretical skills. i believe that continuing my education broaden my knowledge and become more active in my role .

Furthermore, if possible , i would like yo work in the evenings only Monday to Thursday from 2 pm -10 pm ,as for my classes schedule in mornings. This arrangement would allow me to balance with both study and my work . While doing study i also can earn money for college fees.

The course i am taking which is really match to my job and i can improve my cognitive skills , improve my way of communication and stay updated with new insustry practices.

I would be grateful and Appreciated if you could consider my request. Thank you so much your time and understanding.
