You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear Mr.Brown

I am writing this letter to request you to reduce my working hours due to my part time course.

Actually I have join the part time course of management which duration of 6 months. I have my classes from 3 pm to 8 pm. It will be difficult for me to adjust the work as well study because work schedule match with study.

I suggest you to please reduce my work hours from earlier schedule that 9 am to 5 pm. I can work from 9 am to 2 pm. This will help me in managing study as well as work.

This course will help me improving my decision making skills and supervising which will be beneficial for our company productivity. As I can be perfect in managing my Human Resource Department. It will increase the production of our company.
