You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

• explain why you want to reduce your working hours
• say which hours you would like to work
• describe how your part-time studies would benefit your employer

You stayed with your friend and by mistake carried home one of his objects. Write a letter and explain:

- How you enjoyed staying with your friend.

- Explain the object which you brought with you by mistake and explain how the mistake happened.

- Mention how you plan to return the object.

Dear Jenny,

I am writing to notify you that I have brought one your files with me by mistakenly during my recent stay over at your home.

I feel so delighted to spend precious time with you and your family. Each moment was memorable for me especially having a dinner together with your whole family.

The file that I carried with me is your industrial drawing folder which consists important drawings and blueprints about CNC machine. Actually, when I was studying on your table, I put some of my books and folders onto your files. Next day when I was packing my stuff, probably, I didn't noticed that I took your folder l as our folders had same colour.

With reference to our conversation, as you are going to submit this document next week to your employer, I will speed post your file as as early as possible. I believe you will receive your file within a few days.

I deeply apologize for the inconvenience you had.
