Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well, I abc writing in regards of change in my availability. I no longer be able to work for 30 hours a week.

Reason regarding change in working hours is my part time studies, as my exams are reaching soon ,therefore I have to concentrate more on my academics, countless assignments and projects that plays pivotal role in my academic performance. Hence, I am only available on weekends starting 7am to 9pm.

I kindly request you to accept my new availability from effective tomorrow.

I assure you that my part-time studies will play indispensable role at our workplace as my study is related to hosplitality, which will help us to bring success at our workplace. All I need is to fully concentrate on the idea of Hospitality. Your kind attention to this matter will be greatful.
