Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request to reduce duration of my work shift as I am studying digital marketing course part time.

Recently, I got admission for the above mentioned distance education course in nearby Government College of Commerce, Jalandhar. This program demands more focus towards theoretical and practical learning which could be done if I get more time to focus on education.

I have four hours morning classes from 8 AM to 12 noon in weekdays. In order to attend these, my working hours could be replace in the evening shift which starts at 4PM. It would be more convenient if I could get relaxation for two hours from 6 hours of working.

During this digital era, this course would be beneficial for my professional growth as well as growth of company as marketing of our company could be done through various digital platforms using digital techniques.

I would really appreciate if you would approve my request. Looking forward to hear a positive response from your side regarding this matter.
