Dear Sir,

I am writing to reduce my current working hours so that I can successfully contribute in my part time study.

I would like to inform that my semester is going to start next week. My university timing is from 5 PM to 9 PM in the evening. As my classes will be in person, I would need to leave early from office by 4 PM to reach by 5 PM.

That's why, I humbly request you to approve my working hour deduction 1 hour from next week by considering my part time study schedule. Please accept my work hours request for 9 AM to 4 PM starting from Sept 1st, 2026.

My course will benefit our organization as well because I have taken Python programming language course in my upcoming semester which we are planning to upgrade very shortly in our projects. This is why, I believe I will be able to learn this and implement it here very easily.

Thank you for your consideration. It would be appreciate if you could look into this request and accommodate this change and, I look forward to your response.
