Dear Sir

I am writing to inform you about my office hours that i need to reduce because of my part time studies

I am working at your place as a full time worker but now i need to focus on my studies because in this summer, my exams will be conducted and its required more time to complete my syllabus. However i spend 8 hours a day at the office its really hard to manage the time table for study so could you please reduce the office hours for me from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to noon. As a result, i got inf time for prepare for my exams.

I am studying in Business management which gave me more knowledge about how to increase profit and how to get the new project in the business era. Not only this but also i benefits to learn about new advantage to create our business more productive.

I hope you accept my request and i am looking forward to hearing from you.
