Dear Mr. Sunny,

I am writing to kindly request an adjustment in my work timings, as I have just received my class schedule.

Firstly, my job duties often involve deep diagnosis for electrical and mechanical faults, in which I want to build more confidence and expertise to perform related jobs quickly. That is why, I enrolled in Automotive Master Technician Program.

I would appreciate it if you could allow me to start my shifts at 1pm during weekdays. This would give me plenty of time to complete classes and also for time for commuting to work.

This is a four-month course and take in place from September 1st to December 20th. After successfully completing the course, Not only me but also our company would have a more advanced master technician which helps company to gain more trust from customers.
