Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my plan that I will started my part time studies from next month so I would be very grateful if you reduce my hours of working

I just recently think about my studies so I decided to do my masters in human resource management . I need to pay some attention towards my studies and need to go college 3 days in a week . I find it hard to manage my full time job with this. That's why I want to reduce my working hours.

As my college is on first three days of week I would like to work on Thursday, Friday and Saturday . I think this is suitable schedule for me and I am easily do study as well as work .

I am doing this study for my bright future. I am doing good as employee but I need more skills and experience that this course help me to do that. In our company , we know that HR has to do masters so that's why I wanted to be complete my study and qualify for an upper position in company .
