You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

• explain why you want to reduce your working hours
• say which hours you would like to work
• describe how your part-time studies would benefit your employer

Dear Taylor,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have decided to do part-time job in your organization as I have enrolled myself in AI Application course. It would be of 6 months but it is very useful.

Moving to next, I think afternoon shift will be appropriate for me to do work because I have selected morning slot for my classes. Therefore, I can be available from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. During these hours, I can do work with efficiency and without any distraction.

Talking about advantages of this course, then there are so many. Firstly, nowadays everything is done with the help of Artificial Intelligence, if we want to increase more productivity with quality then this is must to know. Moreover, our organization does not need to hire any specialist t for this.

I am waiting for your response to allow me doing part-time study.
