Dear Mohit Sir,

I am writing this letter to you regarding a change in my schedule. I want to enroll myself for French studies. As I am on work permit and according to immigration I am only allowed to work part time while doing study.

My French course is starting from August 1, 2026. The duration of course is five months and I plan to study via online classes. My instructor is native French tutor and i plan to join morning batch.

My classes are from Monday to Friday in the morning. I prefer to work for the evening shift from 4pm to 11pm and 8am to 11pm on weekends. I am able to work 24 hours only for a week.

According of requirement of our company, If i got CLB 7 in French test i am able to apply for the position of resource coordinator and I am willing to work for the role of resource coordinator.

Can you please update these changes in my upcoming schedule.
