Dear Mr Smith,

I am writting this letter to request you to decrease my full-time hours at your grocery store so that i can do my part time course in one of the college.

I wanted to reduce my hours because i recently enrolled in conestoga college to study Logistics management course which is a part time course.

I need to change my availability at your work and i am available only on weekends and on some of the week days like friday and tuesdays because i do not have a college at that time

I am studying Logistics and i definitely know that it would help in our grocery store that i could manage inventory count as well as some products which we are importing from other countries i could aslo look for cutoms and duties to be paid to employers and customs officers.

I hope that you consider my reason and looking forward from your response soon.
