Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: explaining the reason for the request, specifying the preferred hours, and describing the benefits to the employer. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter to a boss, although the opening 'Dear boos' contains a spelling error. The ideas are relevant and clear, though the development could be more sophisticated. For instance, the explanation of how the study benefits the company is a strong point, but the language used to express these ideas is somewhat repetitive. To reach a higher band, ensure that all parts of the task are developed with more depth and professional vocabulary.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized into paragraphs, with each paragraph focusing on a specific requirement of the prompt. There is a clear progression of ideas from the request to the schedule and finally the benefits. However, the use of cohesive devices is quite limited and sometimes mechanical. For example, the transition between sentences often relies on simple structures like 'I can' or 'This study'. To improve, you should incorporate a wider range of linking words and phrases (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in addition to this') to help the text flow more naturally between sentences and paragraphs.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your needs clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'part-time', 'shift', and 'productivity'. However, there are several spelling errors ('boos' instead of 'boss', 'besic' instead of 'basic', 'advance' instead of 'advanced') and some awkward phrasing such as 'take study' and 'take part to improve'. To achieve a higher score, you need to demonstrate a more precise control of word choice and ensure that your spelling is accurate. Expanding your range of professional collocations would also significantly enhance your writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('This study help me'), missing articles ('in morning shift'), and incorrect preposition usage ('perfome better ag my job'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically verb tenses and the correct use of articles. Proofreading your work for these common errors before finishing would help you move into a higher band.
