Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to you in regards to inform you from August 15, I will not work full-time because, as you know, I was doing my internship in your company. Additionally, I would like to tell you that I can work only 24 hours per week for about one month, and I know it will be very hard to manage the store without me, but this is for my future growth in your company. Moreover, my studies in Business Administration will be completed on August 15, which will later help in decision-making, leadership and problem-solving. Even my degree focuses on time management, which is very important for working in the food industry.

I am looking forward to your positive response and reach me out for any further information and clarification. I am very thankful for your support.
