You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

• explain why you want to reduce your working hours
• say which hours you would like to work

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing regarding decreasing my working hours due to my part time study.

I would like to inform that I have enrolled in a course of recreation which will start this Monday. This course will be offline so I have to attend the classes in person. so, I need to lower my working hours from full time to part time.

My course has been sceduled from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 2:30 pm for three months. So I can not work on these days of week. So I would like to request you to cut my working hours from 40 hours per week to 20 hours.

This course help me to improve my recreative skills which will give advantage to my job and enhance your company reputaion and attract more clients towards ours facilty which can make your company more popular and convinient.
