Dera Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am Amritpal working as an Associate in your organization. Today, I am writing this letter in order to switch my schedule from full time to part time.

Commencing with why I want to reduce working hours, from the next month my degree program is going to start so I am very strict with my studies because of this I want to work as a part time worker instead of full time. I hope this decision helps me to focus on my studies.

Moving further, I would have classes in weekdays so I will be available for on weekends and Friday. It is my humble request please switch my schedule to part time. I promise my studies will also helps in your organization because it polish my skills which also assist me to get assistant manager position. Also from this program I will get bunch of knowledge that uprisings my innovation too.
