You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

• explain why you want to reduce your working hours
• say which hours you would like to work
• describe how your part-time studies would benefit your employer

Dear Sir/Mam

I want to inform you that I want to change my working hours schedule, so that i can persue my part time course.

The course which i have opted for my study is very difficult course so in order to get good marks, I would request you to reduce my working hours which will provide me more time to focus on my course.

However, i can work monday to friday 7.00 Am to 2.Pm which is the most suitable time for me . Although, the program which i am studying would be benefical for company aspect aslo For example the compnay will be eligible for using free software which include Microsoft excel, powerpoint etc. Moreover, that will help our compny in problem solving along with that all the employee work will be more professional and will be completed before the due date.

I would appricate if you can adjust my working hours.
