Dear Alex

Hi there my name simrandeep singh i am curently working in your front house department as a supervisor at brookdale store, i am writing this letter because i decided to join part part time school from starting of next month for a short 4 month business offline course in ottawa.

Due to my school timings and the location i have to make a slight switch in my upcoming schdule, my new availability will be from next month will be 3pm to closing and 9 am to 6 pm on weekends , as my classes are going to be in the morning mostly on weekdays but on weekends i am available in the morning as well, Furthermore this cause is really vital for me as it is going to enhance my knowledge about the business world i will be able to cummunicate with customers more professionally, which will help us gaining new customers day by day.
