Dear Sir,

How are you doing? I hope everything is fine. I am writing this to make a request to adjust my working hours as I have enrolled myself in a part time course.

Recently I have taken admission in a part time study as it will allow me to broaden my horizons. But I am little worried about my job as it is quite challenging to balance a full time job with study . So I have decided to reduce my working hours to focus on my studies.

It is a humble request to make my schedule a little flexible. I will be highly obliged. As my class will commence from this Monday 19th August in morning. So the best suited time will be evening to work. I can join at 4 pm to 10 pm that will be in total 8 hours.

I hope you will understand the situation. I will be very thankful. As it is beneficial for both me and the organization I will work for. Further studies will help me to learn new skills which I can use in my work to give my best to the employer.
