Dear Mr. Pranto,

Good morning. I hope you are doing well.

As I mentioned earlier, I have to attend university four days a week. Therefore, I would like to request a reduction in my working hours so that I can attend my classes regularly while continuing my work responsibilities.

Reducing my working hours would allow me to give proper attention to my studies. It would also give me some additional time to develop my professional skills and learn new things that I could apply to my work. I believe that improving my skills in this way would not only benefit my personal development but also allow me to contribute more effectively to the organization.

With this in mind, I would like to request permission to work from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on each working day. I believe this schedule would help me maintain a better balance between my university studies and work. It would also give me an opportunity to improve my English and develop other skills that could be useful in our professional environment.

I would sincerely appreciate it if you would consider my request and allow me to follow this schedule. Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and kindness.
