Dear Mr.John

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding to reduce my working hours.

Well i enrolled in college to do Charted Account course because of this i want to work as a part time employer.

Additionally, my classes are starting on 9th of july. The classes conducting on weekdays so i am only able to work on weekends so that i can concentrate on my studies.

I enrolled in this course because of many reasons. First and foremost reason is good skills. We do not have any Charted Accountant in our organisation so we have to do auditing from outside CA. I have completed this then i can do it myself. Second reason is i can get good income due to this course in order to this i can fulfill my basic requirements and dreams.

I hope you will consider my request.
