You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear John,

I would like to inform you that from next month August 17 i will join the E-Commerce classes in Mohawk College. It is a part time course and it will last for 6 months. In that case i am not being able to work full time in your company or team.

My classes schedule will be Monday to Thursday and timing for these classes will be 11am to 5pm. Rest of the weekend i am available and able to perform my roles and responsibilities as a team member in your company.

Basically, It is a E-Commerce course which will help our company in future for selling goods and services to our customers online. I will list all the grocery items on Uber. Moreover our products can sale online which will provide more profit to your firm. With E-portal people can easily know about our grocery store items. Even they get more option to buy items online.
