Dear Boss,

I hope you're doing well. I am writing to let you know that I will be going back to school to study a my part time course and in order to that I would like to reduce my working hours. This program is basically the one mandatory for me because it has more credits which would help to get a degree in future.

Eventually, from Monday to Sunday I will be available for 24 hours a week to work. I will be available on evenings as well.

I wanted to mentioned you that this course will help me learn more Maths and Analytical skills which would be beneficial for your organization because I know there is always assistance requirement in Finance department and I will be more than happy to help.
