Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear Boss,

I am writing this letter to letting you know that in fall I want to reduce my working hours because I am going to continue my studies.

I am joining University of Regina to complete my Undergraduate Degree. It was good decision for me to complete my remaining education. The classes will start from the 1 September and due to that I have to reduce my office hour and give some time to my learning.

I can give you my new availability according to my curriculum. The classes will taken on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in morning. The rest of the day I can come and join you guys.

This study will help me and also our company , since it's IT firm so we have to get up-to date about the technology. In this course I learn various things like Troubleshooting, Data Analysis, and Cyber Security which will support our business growth.

I hope you understand this situation and approved my request for my new working hours.
