You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to request a reduction in my working hours. In order to commence part time study, I require to time to pursue my study to show my participation in class in addition with to complete assignments before getting due date.

Even I can't be available from 9 to 5 and Monday to Friday respectively; however, I wondering to work between 9: 00 AM to 2: 00 PM fours days a week Monday to Thursday rather than 5 days since I need extra time to concentrate on my study.

Studying part-time would be proven really productive for our organization. The knowledge and skills I gain from my studies will facilitate me to become more efficient and contribute more effectively to the company. I can develop essential interpersonal skills to enhance my insights and knowledge such as communication skills, organizational skills, and many more.
